1. Local customers in Singapore are eligible for a 7-day return or exchange policy only for defective items, starting from the date of delivery completion.
2. All items requested for return or refund must be unused and in their original packaging as received. This includes original packaging and any tags, if applicable. Goodskin Baby reserves the right to reject any returns or claims of defects.
3. Defective products can be exchange with a replacement of the same product, another product of the same price or a refund in store credits will be provided. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a replacement will not be issued, and a refund will be processed in store credits instead.
4. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be done at our location (7 minutes from Tampines East MRT) for defect verification. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipping process.

Defect item guidelines:
If you receive a defective item, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt.
Kindly provide a description of the issue along with clear photos or a video for verification.
Once the defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund in store credits will be arranged.
Cancellations:
Please note that cancellations are not accepted once payment has been processed. We do not provide returns or refunds for change of mind.
