For Courier Delivery:
Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, a re-delivery will be arranged at the next available date. However, if the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a $5 administrative fee will be charged.

For Urgent Courier:
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM; otherwise, delivery will be made on the next working day.
To ensure successful delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Self-collection option is not available.
